Should I come with dirty or clean hair?

I kindly request that you arrive at your appointment with clean hair. It is important to note that the application of chemicals to unwashed hair may potentially lead to an undesirable outcome.

What should I wear to my appointment?

​

I recommend opting for clothing that is not bulky or high necked and of a moderate value to minimize the risk of potential damage. I may ask to take pictures of your hair at the end of our session, if you can, please wear neutral colors.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards (Visa Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks and cash payments.

Policies

Cancellation Policy​

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel/reschedule during the requested time frame, a fee representing $25 for each service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before booking another appointment. 

Late Arrival Policy​

​

If you are 15 or more minutes late, an amended service might be necessary to accommodate guests scheduled later in the day. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Redo Policy​

​

Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue. During your redo appointment, we will specifically target the area of your concern in order to provide what was originally agreed upon during our initial consultation. If what you want to address is something different than what was originally agreed upon, it is considered a new service as opposed to a redo and will be subject to an additional charge. Refunds are not available for services rendered.

Salon Etiquette

For safety reasons, I request that you do not bring your children to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
